As some of you may already know, there's been horrific Bush Fires in Victoria - a southern state of Australia, on Saturday the 7th of February 2009, a series of devestating bushfires swept over a large part of the state of Vicotria, claiming over 184 lives, and over 750 homes and over a million different wildlife. We continue to send our deepest sympathies and wishes to those in Victoria that have lost homes, and friends and family. This tragedy has shocked not only the nation but the world, and every little bit of support could help. If you're Australian and you would like to see if you could do something to help the victims of the Victorian Bush Fires theres' a few things you can do. - Make a donation online to the Red Cross, by visiting www.redcross.org.au - Visit Coles Supermakerts on the 13th of Feb (This Friday) and make a donation over the counter, or by simply purchasing any item. ALL profits made on this day, by Coles, will go to the Red Cross Bush Fire Appeal - Visiting your local ANZ, Commonwealth or NAB bank branch and donating over the teller Even if you personally are unable to help with a donation, or with supplies - your thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families is enough. CURRENT MEMBERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Could all current members PLEASE check the Information board, and their emails concerning the 2009 member check. Please note that if you have NOT postede in the member check board for 2009, within SEVEN (7) days, we will open your character up to NEW commers. PLEASE NOTE: The sites inactivty has been due to a number of circumstances, and we understand that people need time to re-adjust, which is why the POST COUNT rule, will not be in affect for the next week. Bunny and Carter DOCTOR WHO NEWS HOT FROM THE BBC: Series 4 is now finished! What a great season! It just keeps getting better! Sad news, David Tennant - the current (10th) doctor, will be leaving the show in 2010, after 2009's FIVE specials (The Annual Christmas Special and 4 extra 'specials'). There will be no series 5, until 2010, starring a brand new Doctor MATT SMITH You may have seen Matt Smith in two of the ABC's of BBC's shows "Party Animals" and "Sally Lockheart Mysteries!". STAY TUNED FOR The next Doctor Who special, due on EASTER SUNDAY! 2009 (in the UK. Australian Air Dates are yet to be confirmed by the ABC.) - the first episode of the FOUR specials to be shown through out 2009! Brief history:
*SPOILERS* The Library and Forest of the Dead season 4

Born in the 51st century, River was raised for most of her life, by both her parents. After their divorce when she was 16 she chose to continue living with her father, who she eventually took after, becoming a Professor in Archaeology. During her lifetime she eventually meets the Doctor, and whilst continuing her own life has numerous encounters with him and it seems that they form some kind of intimate relationship. Until that is her expedition to The Library. Unfortunately instead of using the Doctors psychic paper to summon a Doctor who knew and trusted her, she summoned one who didn't know her. In order to get him to trust her she eventually had to tell him his true name. A name that neither the Carrionites nor the Pyrovile could discover, the name that Madame de Pompadour saw was "more than just a secret". In order to save Donna and the 4022 people who were trapped in CAL she sacrificed herself, which meant that the Doctor had always known how and when she was going to die and she pleaded with him to not change a thing in his future and their life together.
